We were very impressed with Jake and his team whilst we were selling our house. He made the process so easy for us and got us a fabulous result. Jake was fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our first house. He provided honest feedback on the current market and told us what we needed to do to get top dollar. Jake showed extensive knowledge and experience of the Dunlop area. He was supportive and understanding of our particular needs and our limited experience in selling. I felt like I was in good hands. Jake continually communicated with us in each stage of the campaign and provided us feedback from potential buyers. Our original campaign was to go to auction but this was unsuccessful, Jake ensured us not to settle for less and to continue to market the house after it had passed in. After a few more weeks on the market he was able to negotiate with our buyer a price that was close to what we wanted.
