After looking at properties for around 6months and attending open homes, the difference between Shane and other property agents first was that he knew the finer details of the property, the body corp fees, rates, water etc, while other agents would send out details later. I also felt he was open and honest as well as being constant communication though out the process. I would be happy to work with Shane in the future.
