overall very satisfying
From the first time meeting Scottt, I felt that he had my best interests foremost. His advice and guidance enabled a very quick sale. My property was listed on the Saturday afternoon and by Wednesday, we had a very satisfactory offer. He guided us through the sale process and kept us fully informed.

Professionalism and constant updates.
Scott worked hard for us from day one. He maintained great communication between himself and us, giving us updates with offers, viewings, strategies and emails. He took every offer and request for house viewings seriously, always letting us know when he was going to the house. He ran the auction and though we turned it in because of low bids, Scott still worked hard finding a buyer with our asking price, which he did. He acts professionally and has pride in his work.

Manfred was introduced by a friend who said 'Manfred can be trusted'. That was good enough for me so more than 15 years ago I purchased an apartment through him. He kept in touch without being pushy and when I recently wanted to sell that apartment, I did not have to look for a real Estate agent - I went straight to Manfred. My friends advice had been solid. Manfred is a good agent who not only knows his stuff but engenders that all too rare feeling of trust.

Straight forward, ethical and knowledgeable
Made a purchase off market using Shane's services. I found his knowledge of the realestate market (especially locally) quite impressive. This combined with his seemingly honest and ethical approach to the purchase/sale helped the process be less stressful, and more straight forward.

Property bought and sold by the same R/E agent 25 years apart!
Manfred (Manny) has been a long established Burleigh Heads Real Estate Agent ever since first meeting him in the 1980's through the Super 8's Long Board Club.
