Was promised by James he will sell the house between 3.1 to 3.3mil however he could not meet expectation. What was the point of auction when there was one bidder? Auction was unsuccessful . We sold the house with one person post-auction negotiations. He promised he will waive and refund all marketing fee however he said he can no longer do that. Why promise one thing and turn around to say you can't?
