Ok but not great
I was facing issues with the property but nobody comes to fix it. Water leakage and no light in one of the room, and some others but still facing it. So my experience is terrible.

Fantastic Property Management Team!
I have been using Ray White Carnegie for many years as my property managers and am extremely happy with the superior Customer Service they provide me! I recently used them again and they were amazing in a really tough environment. Massive thank you to Kelly Levin who worked so hard to get the property leased during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She has the determination and all the right skills, which are very rare in this industry.

Bec's a legend.
So, our rental property has had a few teething issues, and Bec has been so on top of getting everything sorted it's amazing. She's definitely the most present and attentive agent I've had in my 16 years experience renting. Excuse my french, but - sh*t happens, it can't be helped, what matters is the response and Bec is crushing it. Very confident in our choice to lease through this agency and stoked we have such a great rep in our corner sorting things out for us. Very good!

Great work by the team!
Everything was seamless and they were in constant contact with me the whole time. They never took more than 24 hours to respond to my queries. My property was up for lease at the beginning of the COVID-19 shutdowns but they managed to lease it out even in restricted circumstances.

Good leasing experience
