Ray white is managing my rental property in Ormond. I must say ray white property management team is really very professional and having good knowledge of the current property market. From advertising the property, till finding the tenants, Ray white team working really hard. They were really good in communication to me in regards to inspection reports of my property. I found them really transparent and hard working. Because of their efforts, I was able to found a good tenant in really quick time. Really happy with Ray white team service. Highly Recommended.

1. The upstairs neighbour is noisy. I talked with the neighbour many times and talked with my agent manager, she tell me she can't address this problems. 2. Many appliances doesn't work. The range-hood and oven doesn't work, my agent manager thinks I don't know how to use them. 3. The bulb of lighting can't work. I spent money by myself to buy it and change it. 4. The door and the head of shower also broken. The agent didn't give me any assistance, I spent money by myself to change it.

the process was quite automated, but there's blindspots they purposefully leave in to take advantage of you. communication is not good either; my agent NEVER pick up the phone

I all ready 2 week before moving.This is no good Ray white Carnegie.never trust Ray white. My 2 kids 1 of 11 month girl 10 years old kids. This house lots of issues no hot water and blinds as well last 2 week 3 agent chaseing hot water System And Blind as well I so difficult manage everything next time 120 percent no Ray white Carnegie Thanks
