Reliable but annoying
I have already written a comment for Ray White on Google, please stop sending me feedback mails which really bother me. This is a good agent, but such action really can make customers feel annoyed.

Outstanding property management
Ray White Carnegie has been managing the rental and maintenance of our investment property for 4 years, we have been very satisfied with their level of care. Maintenance/inspections are conducted regularly with comprehensive reports sent to us, and more importantly they have been proactive when it come to advertising and screening/acquiring new tenants.

Pretty good
Mostly good, only minor problems and late to an inspection with no notice. Apart from that, if you pay your rent there's no issues so can't complain.

They're OK
I miss the days of Andris and Shiuann. I bought my house with Andris and signed a rental contract with Shiuann, but now they have both left and it feels like the service level has dropped significantly. Seems like they don't care as much anymore, they give recommendations without much thought to the property and whether they can deliver on these recommendations. End up having to backtrack. They do their job, and meet the expectations well enough but nothing stellar.
