I just relocated back to Australia after living overseas for some time and was apprehensive about the renting process. I view several place, but my agent at Ray White, Natasha was the only one who got back to me in my queries and pretty much always within 24hrs. The way she treated me and her communication where a big reason I chose the flat I did. The service hasn't stopped since I moved in either and I know if I had an issue it would get resolved.

Overall agent was helpful and attentive. It would have been appreciated if costs of advertising and reletting property were discussed beforehand so as not to end up with a surprise with the account; but I'm also equally to blame as I didn't ask, however good customer service should include complete transparency.
