Having to find a house quickly in this very difficult market was supposed to be a challenge but Paulina was supportive, responsive and professional as she responded to emails and returning calls unlike so many agents that didn’t bother getting back to even after 3 phone message, emails and an application that is still still on realestate even a week after being leased… appalling!!! So thank you for doing your job so professionally !

All the staff have been wonderful. I am kept up to date and informed of all developments. I haven’t had to follow anything up myself. Everything is taken care of.

Sarah and Paulina have just been amazing to deal with. Sarah was exceptionally professional and realistic from our first meeting. Sarah had a strategy and a plan that made sense. Paulina in the background doing the follow-ups has been exceptionally speedy on processing applications and communicating updates, her follow-up has been flawless. Through the campaign, I always knew what was going on, updates every few days. Combined, their professionalism, detail and updates have been timely and well co-ordinated. Having someone else manage your property, I’ve always been concerned. I have been a self managed landlord for 10+years on this property and I had a high level of reservation about handing it over to a property manager. After the experience with Sarah, I am confident the tenant and property are in great hands! Thanks Sarah & Paulina, terrific team effort 🙌
