I’ve had a fantastic experience with Ray White Cheltenham so far They smoothly and seamlessly managed the process to market my property, get it open for inspection, and secure a tenant. When a tenant unfortunately had to break the lease due to personal circumstances, they smoothly and sensitively handled the process keeping both the tenants and my best interests at heart. I was able to quickly secure a new tenant and the impact on myself and the prior tenant was minimised to the greatest extent possible. The staff are always friendly, responsive, happy to help, and make it easy and stress-free for me to rent out my property.
