Fantastic communication with Kevin and his team the whole way through our Auction campaign. Property was marketed so well and we had amazing turn outs to our open for inspections and the auction. Needless to say the final price exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled with the whole outcome. Highly recommend Kevin and his team.

We just bought our first home with Kevin and Nakita. They both have been really helpful and patient with us. As first home new owners we had a lot of questions and concerns that Kevin and Nakita were able to address and solve. Since we inspected the property the first time they provided us guidance through the whole process. On auction day Nakita helped with the bids and made the day less stressful than it actually was. Thanks for all your help!

As a Vendor I was very happy with the service from Kevin and his team. After discussing the sale with other real estate agents I decided to go ahead with Kevin. They were exceptional, efficient & professional .Excellent at communicating with me on every aspect of the auction process. As I was living interstate I had to rely on Kevin to organize almost everything and I can highly recommend him and his team. Always very helpful and received a response to any queries quickly. If you want to sell your property I highly recommend Kevin from Ray White Cheltenham

Genevieve is amazing! It’s the second time we’ve used Genevieve to sell our home for us. Nothing is too much trouble and she really worked very hard to get the result we wanted. Genevieve’s friendly and professional manner is unbeatable.

If you’re thinking of selling your property contact Kevin Chokshi and his team today. My husband and I purchased our home from Kevin Chokshi back in 2017. We paid a record price then and recently sold the same property in a weaker market for another record price in the Golden Triangle for a townhouse in the Cheltenham area. Nothing was to difficult for Kevin and his team they were friendly, professional and always stayed positive until they found the right buyers for our home. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks again Kevin Chokshi, Mia Aleardi, Nakita Tate and the rest of the team at Ray White Cheltenham. Warm Regards, Rena and Michael

Kevin was very approachable and friendly, communication in person and by email was faultless. Marketing and Auction strategy was well explained, Kevin and his team probably has the best database of the prospective Home buyers and I’d recommend Raywhite to anyone who is planning to sell property in Cheltenham/Mentone area.

From the first meeting, Kevin was professional, insightful to current market, positive and keen to take on our selling. We were first home sellers who had an extremely bad experience with another agent in the area, there was no comparison between the two agents. The team approach was welcoming and all staff were very mindful of how stressful the previous months had been, with a failed offer and failed auction. From the first week on the market, we received almost daily calls, professional reports and it was obvious that Kevin’s team were all working very hard for a successful outcome on auction day. On auction day, the entire team were present and we had at least 6 bidders. My friends watched the auction, streamed in Adelaide, and stated that Kevin fantastic and worked the bidders very hard to the last cent available. Their high tech IT approach is on market, and we were impressed. I would highly recommend Kevin Chokshi and his excellent team, and would not hesitate in asking for any assistance if required. There gift to us on settlement was a beautiful touch and again demonstrated their positive and professional approach.
