Genevieve was professional, punctual and very thorough. She always texted or called to confirm any appointments or open homes. She was understanding in relation to the fact that We have young children and couldn't always guarantee that the house would be spotless. Genevieve communicated effectively always ensuring that we were informed of feedback - negative and positive. Genevieve came equipped with relevant, up to date facts and figures and was honest with us as far as our expectations in relation to sale price. In a difficult market and with a main road property, Kevin and his team were able to achieve 200K more at Auction than was predicted by other agents. The team worked hard to create competition at Auction and this created a record result. They exceeded my reserve substantially which has now enabled us to buy another beautiful family home. His team are simply amazing. They went above and beyond, and worked seamlessly to charm potential buyers. They made my life as a seller very easy using the latest communication methods. Being an Interstate seller, they took care of my every need, from bringing the bins in, sweeping the drive and regularly driving by to check on the property. They made smart suggestions which helped with the successful sale. I particularly liked the thoughtful, and ethical way they dealt with my tenant prior to the sale, which showed the class of this agency. The team provide a minimum of weekly, but often daily updates on the progress of the sale. The technology used in marketing including the quality of photos and videos are excellent, and the team has the contacts required to achieve this, including recommending great stylists. We shortlisted 3 agencies, one didn't do anything, one might have brought potential buyers but delayed. Kevin and his team of Nakita, Sarah and Mia, jumped on our project and within a week had brought people through, found a buyer and completed the sale at a price that is awesome.
