Appreciate Genevieve taking personal interest in the cleanliness and presentation of the property. Gene was very helpful throughout the selling process. She was keeping us updated about the market and the inspection outcomes right till the property went for auction. Though we were unsuccessful in the auction, she pursued the potential clients and achieved a sale to our satisfaction. I will not hesitate recommending Genevieve to anyone I know in the future. We wish her every success in her business and in her career.

Lauren is extremely professional and outstanding in her knowledge of her field. I found it an absolute pleasure working with Lauren and she worked exceptionally hard to achieve the sale of my apartment. She even offered my advice when purchasing another home, even though it wasn’t through her. I would highly recommend Lauren as an agent.

We selected Kevin because of his record In the industry and his initial presentation to us. Kevin and his team, Mia and Nakita, put in a lot of hard work in order to achieve the outcome we wanted. We always felt confident that the campaign was on track all the way through.

From the very first phone call to the signed contract Kevin was there. His focus was on the outcome we wanted. He showed professionalism at all times and listened to what we said and what was important to us. As we approach settlement Kevin, Sarah and Mia are still in contact regularly advising us on tasks to be completed prior to settlement. We could not recommend Kevin more highly and thank him for making what is an emotional time sellling a family home into an easy non stressful experience.

Kevin is a confident professional fella who has a great understanding of the property market. I believe this would be the reason he won the number 1 real estate agent across all the Ray White offices in 2018. Kevin clearly explained the different methods of selling our property during our first discussion and also provide some very useful information as to how his office targets potential buyers. Kevin took us through all the recent properties that had sold in our area - to set a realistic sale price .. Myself and my parents were kept in the loop throughout the entire campaign via phone calls, whatsapp chats and txt messages. Kevin did a great job on the auction day by clearly articulating the properties features and highlighting the local amenities. Kevin was supported by his assistants Nakita and Mia who also did an amazing job with the open for inspections and assisting with the overall campaign- Well done ladies !! Lastly I must mention that Kevin is the best groomed real estate agent I have seen in a long time... I think you can get a KEVIN hairstyle in either Cheltenham or Mentone..!!!! Well done Kevin,Nakita and Mia...

Kevin Chokshi and his team recently sold my mum's home in Mentone. Selling a home is never easy especially when you have lived there for most of your life. From my first conversation with Kevin, he impressed me with his knowledge, genuine attitude, professionalism and his charm. I knew after our first meeting that we would choose to go with Kevin. Most importantly he was very helpful and informative without being pushy or annoying. Through the process of the sale, Kevin and his team constantly kept us informed and updated. A few years back I sold my own home and I can honestly say we never got the kind of service we got with Ray White. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin to any of my family and friends, he definitely did a great job and made the whole process a positive experience. Thank you Kevin

I found Kevin and his team, Nakita, Sarah and Mia, very helpful in selling my house. They kept me informed with what was happening and likely to happen over the campaign. I felt they gave me realistic expectations on the sale price. On the day of the auction there were quite a few Ray White staff to help the auction move along. I'd seen Kevin and some of his team at other opens and auctions and felt comfortable having them sell my house.

We were very happy in using Kevin and the team at Ray White Cheltenham to sell our home. We found the experience quite nerve wracking due to the current down turn in the market, but was reassured by our discussions with Kevin throughout the process. Kevin and the team kept us informed with frequent phone calls, emails and text messages with how the sale of the house was progressing. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.
