We chose Ray White to sell the family home for our 93 year old mum. I visited the office with her and found the whole team very professional and said they would give us feedback after each inspection. I received a text to let me know how many prospective buyers came through and a weekly report of online traffic and inquiries. Even more helpful was the written feedback from these people which then allowed us to set the reserve at a realistic market value the week before the auction. The marketing throughout the campaign was thorough and they left no stone unturned. They even did local letter box drop about the history of the home, as it has been in the family since it was built back in the 30s. Kevin and his team kept up excellent communication right throughout the whole 4 week campaign. It was lovely that they offered to assist mum on inspection days if it was raining. The day of the auction was raining and they had a coffee van and helped mum's friends - who are also elderly to stay dry under umbrellas. We really felt like Kevin and his team treated mum throughout the process as family and absolutely went above and beyond for her campaign - and yet in hindsight feel it is a reflection of their professionalism and that everyone is probably given this amazing service. I would highly recommend anyone considering selling in Cheltenham to pay their office a visit and experience their genuine warmth and concern for each individual's need. Kevin Chokshi and his team including Sarah, Mia and Nakita were wonderful to deal with. We have had some experience with other agencies and I have no hesitation in saying Ray White Cheltenham definitely go above and beyond any other agency we have dealt with. From the first phone call I had with Sarah to the end result last Saturday of a sale at auction we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I think the difference with Kevin and his team is they really do their homework and it feels like they really work hard for you. They canvass all potential buyers through their comprehensive database and hold open for inspections at times convenient for potential buyers. Kevin and his team are fully approachable by phone, email or in person 100% of the time and we found everyone to be honest, down to earth and easy to deal with. Even in these tough times for sellers they still get the results because of the ground work they put in.
