Angela was one of the top selling agents I've ever met, not only she provides update of inspection and follow ups in detail and on time, she also provides professional suggestions when I could not make a decision. Angela keeps a good relationship with seller, buyers, and also the tenants, everyone is happy at the end of the day. As an auctioneer, she knows about the potential buyer, understands the property, all leads to a successful auction result, which I was very happy for my sold price. Overall, I have decided to use her as selling agent again, and for future property selling as well, also I strongly recommend Angela to all who would like to get the best result out of this market.

The entire team at Ray White Cheltenham were engaging, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from the very first time I dealt with them to the last. All members of the team were extremely professional at all times while showing humour, realism and passion. Everyone had a role to play from engagement with me to finally handing over the keys. Marketing and communication throughout the entire process. It was the little things which also impressed me which was always above and beyond. I have had many dealings with real estate agents over the years through purchasing, selling, renting and leasing and by far Ray White Cheltenham certainly stand out above everyone else. Nothing was ever a problem and everyone work together so well as a team and complimented each other. I cannot recommended this team enough for any service they offer.

I have really enjoyed working with Kevin, Nakita and other staff at Ray White. They have been so supportive and informative in helping me purchase my first home. I would gladly work with him again when purchasing in the future.

We were very happy with Kevin. He and his team displayed a high level of professionalism and commitment throughout the sales campaign. The sale process was not a straightforward one. The auction proved to be disappointing through no fault of Kevin or his team, there were just no bids. This led to more open for inspections and many negotiations in the following weeks. During this time Kevin kept us informed via daily phone calls and regular meetings at his office. Kevin negotiated a final price well in advance of earlier offers. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for someone to handle the sale of their property

When our house didn't sell at auction in early December 2018, Kevin and Sarah continued to search for potential buyers through the quiet summer period. Due to their untiring efforts and ability to negotiate on our behalf - we not only found a buyer but got an offer above what the market was paying. Well done to Kevin, Sarah and the team at Ray White Cheltenham.

Kevin was friendly, very knowledgeable and approachable. His understanding of the current real estate market was second to none. He knew the buyers and the area very well and was able to communicate clearly with us through the whole campaign in what was a very stressful time for myself and my family.

We chose Ray White to sell the family home for our 93 year old mum. I visited the office with her and found the whole team very professional and said they would give us feedback after each inspection. I received a text to let me know how many prospective buyers came through and a weekly report of online traffic and inquiries. Even more helpful was the written feedback from these people which then allowed us to set the reserve at a realistic market value the week before the auction. The marketing throughout the campaign was thorough and they left no stone unturned. They even did local letter box drop about the history of the home, as it has been in the family since it was built back in the 30s. Kevin and his team kept up excellent communication right throughout the whole 4 week campaign. It was lovely that they offered to assist mum on inspection days if it was raining. The day of the auction was raining and they had a coffee van and helped mum's friends - who are also elderly to stay dry under umbrellas. We really felt like Kevin and his team treated mum throughout the process as family and absolutely went above and beyond for her campaign - and yet in hindsight feel it is a reflection of their professionalism and that everyone is probably given this amazing service. I would highly recommend anyone considering selling in Cheltenham to pay their office a visit and experience their genuine warmth and concern for each individual's need. The final result was totally unexpected on a dreary day, and we achieved considerably higher than the reserve we had set with the current market. Thank you Kevin!

Angela was a pleasure to deal with. We requested time and space to prepare for the sale and we did not feel in anyway under pressure. It was clear on the day of the auction that Angela's knowledge of the area was detailed and comprehensive during her preamble. The property was treated with care and respect at all times and she made herself available to guide us through the process. Would be happy to provide a referral as an agent of choice for future sellers.

We have just sold our family home of 66 years in Highett with Kevin Chokski of Ray White Cheltenham. Our property was unique and as such and combined with a new difficult market, it provided some challenges for the sale process. Kevin and his team simply stuck to the job at hand in a proffessional manner and proccured a satisfactory result after much hard work. I,m thankfull for his dedication to the job at hand and as such im happy to reccomend Kevin and his team.

Kevin's local "Golden Triangle" market knowledge was very accurate. Kevin's auctioneering ability came to the fore, as he massaged the crowd and the number of bidders throughout the Auction and brought down the final gavel to a great conclusion. Pat had attended several auctions in the area and had picked Kevin's ability and the staff of Ray White as the best and very professional.

Kevin and his team was fantastic. From the first time we met them when choosing an agent, they gave us great confidence that he would do the job right! Their communication throughout the campaign, as well as their marketing tools hit the spot. When there was a snag during the auction (not his fault), he didn't falter, but instead worked hard finding a buyer and getting us the best price possible. Overall, the process ran smoothly and he and his team looked after us well, even getting our cat (who had a horrible time during the process) a new personalised food bowl. Thanks to Kevin and his team!
