Genevieve helped us buy our new home before we sold our house. This was very generous of her to share her time and expertise when negotiating. She was fantastic when selling our home. Upfront with selling price and delivered. We would have no hesitation in recommending Genevieve!

Kevin and Sarah at Ray White Cheltenham are a fantastic team. Each bring different skills to the sales process and really complement each other. They are extremely hard working, have strong market insight and provide honest, reliable feedback throughout the entire campaign. It all proved to be absolutely spot on. Watch Kevin go as an Auctioneer and astute negotiator! Very impressive. Mark the Director was also keenly involved, a lovely person and they all supported us beautifully throughout the process. Thanks guys for a brilliant job and getting it done!!

What I liked about Kevin from the start was how well prepared he was. He came with all the stats and graphs of the sales in the area and told us truthfully exactly what we were in for from the start. He did this with respect, professionalism and without ever being pushy or arrogant. We had met with a handful of agents prior to meeting Kevin and none of them came with any groundwork information of the area but were either arrogant and nonchalant or aggressively pushy. While we were making our decision Kevin kept in touch with us, sending us information on the surrounding relevant auctions and what relevant properties were selling for. He did this while never pushing us to sign up, it was just for our information which I thought was really professional and kind. Leading up to the auction Kevin and the team worked tirelessly to make the day perfect. They followed up all all leads and were very thorough in gathering information from all interested parties to get the best possible prediction of what may or may not happen on auction day. While Kevin was doing all this for us and for all his other clients he was also always available to us to answer all our questions. I think out of the 100 calls I gave him (sorry Kevin), he only missed 2 but was very quick in returning my call. Auction day was made perfect by Kevin’s negotiation skills, I was a bit worried for a while there but with persistence and skill, we got a price that we were really happy with. Kevin and all the team at Ray White Cheltenham have all work together like a well oiled machine for me and my family and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their property.

We were lucky enough to have a great experience with Angela and the Ray White Cheltenham team. Everything was very easy from our end from the actual campaign through to the auction and of course the result. It was nice to use an agent we could trust, knowing that what we were being advised was for our own best interest and no one else’s. Our expectations were respected and strived for throughout the entire campaign, with open and ongoing communication and reporting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at such a stressful time and would highly recommend Angela for anyone looking to sell.

My family chose Kevin as our agent out of all the agents we met. The first time I met him and Sarah in my unit my husband and I felt he was the right agent as they prepared the work very well and they could tell me everything we like to know. Kevin guided through all the steps in the whole campaign, like finding a good furniture hire company, drafting ads, sending weekly report etc, explaining things. For us, Kevin is our key contact, he and his team will do everything hard to achieve a great result. He responded to my queries swiftly and clearly. Both of his team and my family did a lot of work to present my property to public at the best. He is very confident and he brings confidence to the owner. Please trust him. Karen and Eric

The best part was taking photo of us at the end of sale! Thank you!

My partner and I were feeling mixed emotions of nerves, excitement and uncertainty walking into the auction of what is now, our first home. Kevin introduced himself to the both of us shortly after we arrived putting us both at ease and giving us comfort on the process and what to expect. The auction was a lot of fun, he made the whole experience a delight as we continued our bidding. The entire team are incredibly warm, professional and made the entire process a breeze for us. We were welcome into our new home post the auction with big hugs and genuine congratulations. We are absolutely delighted with our new home, loved that the process has been so smooth and highly recommend Kevin and the team at Ray White. We will definitely be continuing the relationship over the years to come.

We had the honour of having Kevin Chokshi sell our home. This was our second dealing with Kevin as we purchased a property from him last year. During our sales campaign, the marketing materials were second to none. We were very impressed with the property video and its effectiveness in highlighting the many best assets about our property. Throughout the campaign, his team kept us updated in relation to the level of interest and gave us specific information which helped us understand how the campaign was progressing. The whole process was transparent and we appreciated receiving regular feedback on our property's campaign and the in depth analysis of our potential buyers. They included us in the sales process every step of the way which made us feel as we were in the drivers seat throughout the campaign. Kevin and his team's unique understanding of the purchasing process and his superlative customer engagement systems made his negotiation skills almost redundant. In this respect, he didn't need to call upon his superior negotiation skills because the eventual purchasers brought into the property and the lifestyle right from the beginning from day one upon meeting Kevin and his team. Where we felt Kevin really dazzled and went over and beyond was his execution on Auction day. We were extremely pleased with the conduct of the auction and the results far surpassed our expectations. He lead the team to a stunning result and the figure that was achieved over our reserve was well in excess of $150,000. These are the reasons why, without any hesitation, we highly recommend Kevin and his team at Ray White Cheltenham and will definitely be using them in the future for any future sales. There are realestate agents and there is Kevin. You will not be disappointed and you will be absolutely blown away by Kevin and his team. Kind regards Anna and Andrew Bottomley
