Selling my father's house was effortless due to the excellent work done by Kevin and his team. Right from the beginning he clearly communicated about the whole selling process. Advertising, marketing, presentation and strategies for the campaign were discussed fully and carried out professionally, this lead to a very successful result. Kevin was always contactable for any queries and always kept in contact when information presented. Would highly recommend Kevin Chokshi to anyone.

I recently sold my property through the Auction process and revived a higher result than I expect. I found Kevin and Georgie wonderful to deal with; they were very welcoming and thoughtful throughout the process and made the day of the Auction quite stress free. I would highly recommend.

..It was just one of Kevin's auctions - We were talking with a neighbour of the vendor, and she told us "If I ever sell my house, I only want Kevin to be my Agent". So do we !!! With remarkable people skills, amazing industry knowledge and a service that beyond any expectation - Kevin and his team are second to none. The whole process was seamless, exciting and enjoyable. Kevin's happy to answer any of our questions almost at anytime. He works extremely hard to get things done in a very short period of time and makes sure that in every step of the campaign, we are well informed. Down to earth, focused, reliable, passionate and professional, Kevin is BEST OF THE BEST. We highly recommend Kevin and his team !- You will get the first class services and fantastic results. Thank you Kevin, Georgie and the team. We would love to work with you again in the future !

Thank you Kevin and the team and Ray White Cheltenham for selling our house. Right from the beginning we found Kevin to be honest and experienced. He is also professional and backed by a brilliant team. Kevin was not only prompt with his responses, he communicated with us frequently throughout the marketing campaign, keeping us well informed. We sincerely thank Kevin and his team for all their hard work and especially for getting the price we were hoping for. We would highly recommend Kevin to all vendors and buyers. Thanks again guys!

I was first impressed with Kevin and the Ray White team at an auction in Edithvale. Having been to a lot of auctions (part time hobby), it was obvious to see the way Kevin related to the crowd was a cut above. We engaged him to sell our property soon after and have been equally impressed (and grateful) with how Kevin, Georgie and Stella handled the entire process from the first meeting to settlement day. Professional, patient, honest and a service far beyond expectations. Thank you!

Kevin won us over as did his team. We liked how they were transparent from the beginning outlining the selling process and were understanding of our priorities which was our family. This was demonstrated by giving lots of notice regarding open times and cancelling with sick children with no complaint. Kevin went above and beyond when our car battery was flat at one open and means of payment was hidden somewhere in the house. He also won over our daughter with the first baby chino delivery. We wanted someone who was attentive to our needs and the buyers. Kevin and his team ticked the box's and we would certainly recommend.

What an outstanding agent. This is the second property I have sold through Kevin and he is an agent for life. A true professional that keeps his vendors well informed during the campaign. We have so must trust in Kevin and consider him not just an agent but a friend. Kevin always went above and beyond the call of duty. There is no day off for Kevin his work ethic is inspiring to say the least. I am looking forward to working with Kevin and his team again in the near future. SENSATIONAL AGENT!!

Gen did a wonderful job selling our property. She was incredibly professional and there with us every step of the way - from styling and photo shoots to opens, to putting up the sold sticker! She was very supportive, approachable, friendly and confident in her abilities and knowledge - everything you want in a capable agent. We also felt like she became a friend to the family after being involved in such an important part of our life. Amazing job!
