This is my 3rd sale with Paul and i wouldnt hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for a genuine real estate agent. (thats right there are some out there). Paul was a pleasure to deal with and always kept me in the loop with any interest or discussions around the sale of my properties. I would consider him an expert in the field and hold anyone i deal with to a high standard which he was able to maintain. He also provides hints and tips around how to best market and present my property. All 3 sales were quick with 2 of them extremily quick (within 2 weeks sold!)
