Unfortunately both my parents passed away in the last 12 months and I was left with the task of selling their home. I had no hesitation in ringing Kate Rushton immediately and getting her advice on this sale. She allowed us to have the photos done immediately while all the furniture was still in the home, and said just call me when you are ready to sell and I will get it sorted for you. When I rang her with the go ahead for selling, it went like clockwork, she organised everything immediately, I did everything by email which saved me heaps of time not having to go into her offices, we had just one open house and an offer was made the following week which we accepted and the house was sold immediately. Kate Rushton kept me in the loop with everything and made life so easy, it was a very emotional time and was made so much more comfortable with her professionalism, her updates on the sale, her advice and obtaining exactly what we wanted with the property. If we could give Paul 7/5 stars we would. His persistence and compassion in selling our property was second to none. He went above and beyond his role to help make the processes as smooth as it possibly could be and always had our best interest and wellbeing in mind. We trusted him 110% which isn't a quality that you easily come by. He has a great team backing him so there is no doubt you will get the best result possible.
