he was clear in communication, I had asked for additional information about the house which recieved a casual response (after agreement) but that is expected.The onus is on buyer to do a final inspection and verify that everything works. Overall I would recommend his team.

We had a couple of bad experiances with agents in the past,so our selection process this time around was very detailed. After meeting with a few agents,Mark was our clear choice. His easy going, but very professional approach made it stress free and actually a very easy process for us. Mark's way of informing us was great,not once did we have to pick up the phone and call him,and yet we knew everything that was happening. The house sold after only one opening!
