Yes, Chaminda is a great Agent:he is courteous, conscientious,trustworthy and respectful at all times. I had interviewed 3 agents before Chaminda. Each of the three told me that they would look after everything and that I would not have to concern myself about anything and then each of them went on to talk about football. I was impressed by Chaminda because from the outset he said that he prefers to have a working relationship with the Vendor & keep them involved at all times. He explained that more is achieved if we work as a team and I really appreciated this approach. Chaminda was respectful of our property at all times. He had regular contacts with us in order to keep us updated. We were regularly emailed beautifully presented, detailed advice showing the progress of the marketing of our property. The sale of a property is a stressful event at the best of times and in our case it was the result of a deceased estate, the sale of our parents home, which meant the added stress of grief and it is for this reason I was relieved to have some one like Chaminda to help us because he was mindful of the challenges with which I was dealing.
