It was a great experience having Peter help us sell our property in Cranbourne. We had tenants on a fixed lease until April 2017 so we wanted to ensure it all went smoothly without inconveniencing them too much. We also wanted to ensure they had first preference as they showcased our house immaculately and Peter advised that this contributed to us getting a great price. We had the property on the market for two weekends only.
