Mark was excellent in helping us to put the right offer to win the bid. Easy to communicate with and straightforward to deal with. Only one recommendation and that is to help purchaser enure all additional clauses of offer are added eg. Building and pest inspection. Other agents I have dealt with asked me whether I wanted to add that particular clause in while Mark seemed to have forgotten.
