I rarely write reviews as it's not often that my high expectations are met. Chaminda not only met them, he exceeded them, from the length of time on the market to the price he negotiated. Other agents I had spoken to prior to and after the sale were shocked at the sale price he achieved. Chaminda and his team are efficient, professional and do what they say they're going to do. No matter what time of the day or night I messaged Chaminda, he replied promptly and always kept me informed. I cannot recommend him enough!

We found Peter's attitude and endeavour to be excellent, he knows the market and communicates extremely well. We were pleased to work with Peter and would suggest that anyone selling in Lysterfield South consider using Peter as their agent.

My wife and I are very happy with the excellent level of service we received from Peter and also Ray White in Cranbourne. We found Peter to be very knowledge about our market and delivered sound advice regarding the sale of our house. We achieved a higher than expected figure and were very pleased with Peters negotiation strategy and ability to 'close the deal'. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter and Ray White Cranbourne to anyone looking for a hard-working and honest team to obtain the desired result when selling or buying a home.

Peter was able to sell our house with in 3 weeks getting above the price we were after. He kept us informed during open inspections and gave us comprehensive run down upon completion of each inspection. He had the interested parties competing against each other which hit us the best outcome. At all times he presented professionally and treated both parties with respect. We will definitely be using peter again.

We gave Paul a challenge to sell our property. The challenge was to achieve a quick sale at a record price for our area estate. We sold in 6 days. Pauls local market knowledge was far superior than many other local agents we interviewed and the end result says it all. Paul is a very thorough and professional agent and the our end result speaks volumes about the service Paul WILL provide.

I initially selected 3 agents from different agencies and had separate interviews with all of them. This involved I asking them a set of questions based on different aspect of real-estate agents including their area knowledge, immediate past sales in the area, number of team members in the sales team, fees etc. Based on the answers, I selected Chaminda as my sales agent and I think I did make a wise decision. He was not the cheapest among the three, but the service I received from him soon justified the fee. If I sell again, I'll definitely contact him again. I highly recommend Chaminda for any prospective property sellers.

We were very happy with Peter Khamis and the campaign on the sale of our house in Lysterfield South. He kept us informed on those of who came for inspection on the days it was open and finally the right people bought the house. I say this because I did not want to sell to someone who would not look after the house.
