Buying a house using the services of Chaminda Gunasekara was a very rewarding experience and most importantly we did not feel short-changed at any point of time. What was most apparent was his honesty and utter credibility in all dealings as well as the promptness with which he dealt with all queries. We would really recommend Chaminda if a buyer is seeking a stress-free and happy experience in the process of house purchase and values honesty above all else. Reshmi and Achinto Roy

We had dealt with Paul some years ago so when it came to selling our family home he was at the top of our list to call. Paul's honest and open communication, knowledge of the market and his personality won us over again and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Paul's team are a credit to him (big thank you to Dwayne and Rachael) their communication skills and professionalism were outstanding. If we were to pick one thing about Paul it would be that he cared about us the fact that he would call not to report on something but just to see if we were ok. Outstanding service from Team Ringeri definitely would be the first call should we need an agent again.

I highly recommend Chaminda. He has looked after the sale of this and another of my properties with keen eye for detail, and respect for both my tenants, and potential purchasers. He is very polite, however, not afraid to provide accurate feedback to a vendor to make sure that the highest possible price in the current market is reached.
