Very Positive experience. Professional at all times and enthusiastic about his job - which was a big selling point for me personally. His back up team on open days and other days to showcase our home were fantastic. Nice to have well presented guys to represent us. Fantastic photographer. Before open day we had offers already. Communication was excellent at all times. Contacting us whenever they needed to bring clients through our house and working with us. Happy with the selling price and service we were given.

Paul and his team are absolutely amazing..When Paul entered our home we knew we found an agent that had great personal skills with a fantastic personality. Right from the start Paul explained that communication and customer services were his number one priorities and the rest would follow. Paul was a man of his word he would communicate regularly, provide us with plenty off feedback, flexibility and always supportive to both the seller and buyer .. His team were outstanding there professional, engaging, and extremely organised.. We would defiantly recommend Paul and his team anytime. Thank-you again for selling our house and giving us the opportunity to move forward we appreciate everything you have done for us 😊

We have bought and sold a few properties in the past and we have dealt with quite a few real estate agents. One agent that stands out from the rest is Kate Rushton from Ray White, Cranbourne. We were so fortunate to have Kate handle the sale of our property. Kate was extremely professional and kept us informed at all times, especially after each " home open " This was very re-assuring and stress free for us as we reside in another state (WA) She communicated with us regularly and kept us updated. During my recent visit to Melbourne in January 2016 I met Kate at Ray White office and she was so kind to drive me down to view the property as it was vacant and she also dropped me off at the train station. It is these small gestures that make a " Great Agent " We would highly recommend Kate to any future client and we are sure that they will be as impressed as we have. We wish Kate every success and all the best in her future endeavour's. Des and Genny Lewis

We were extremely impressed by Paul and his team. Their commitment to communication and keeping the client happy is a tonic! We sold our property in 23 days after listing with Paul - and this was after another agent had tried for over 2 months! Because of the quality of photo's and the fantastically descriptive copy on the internet, we had more people through on the very first OFI than the previous agent had managed in the entire time they had it! I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team to anyone contemplating selling their property. Thanks guys!
