Highly Experienced and would use CHaminda again!
Chaminda was our first port of call in firnding an agent. The fact that he is a prominent figure within the Lyndhurst real estate community was the main reason we went with him. We found Chaminda to be extremely approachable but at the same time realistic with our demands and kept us on a path which helped us to get the result we were wanting. Chaminda is methodology in selling helped give us confidence that he was the right agent for us and made the whole process smooth, alleviating any stress points when/if they arose. Fantastic service!
My home was on the market with another agent for some time, when I decided to make the switch to Kate Rushton, who came highly recommended. The level of service, constant feedback, number of inspections, and the whole Ray White Cranbourne team was exceptional. From the marketing, to open homes and private inspections, I was astounded at the difference between the two agents, and as a result of Kate's service and professionalism, we managed to secure a sale within 3 weeks, for an amount that I was very happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Kate Rushton, who has since taken very good care of some friends also. Great job Kate.

Simply Amazing
From the first meeting and consultation until the sold sticker was placed on the advertising board Kate provided outstanding service before, during and after the sale. Without hesitation I would recomomend Kate in a heartbeat.
