We highly recommend Paul Ringeri as a real estate agent. Not only did he sell our investment property quickly and for a fair price, but his knowledge, experience and communication skills were second to none, sometimes calling outside normal hours to always keep us informed. Thanks again Paul for getting the job done so well.

Mark's knowledge of the market and buyers are excellent. An offer came in after the 1st open for inspection which was on the low side, there was no pressure to accept the offer, he recommended to see what happens at the 2nd open for inspection before making a decision. Before the 2nd open for inspection the offer was increased which was accepted. Mark is a genuine/honest salesman and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him

Paris was a pleasure to work with while selling my Mum's house. He was very understanding that we just wanted to freshen the place up, get it on the market and get it sold ASAP. And this he did, and did it so well. Being busy people, he was able to make himself flexible to suit us, and only made contact if he had to, which was great for us. He was also generally interested in our family and personal lives which was nice too. We have dealt with many agents, and Paris is definitely one of the best. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

Paris is highly professional but also communicate everything in the friendly manner so it's easy for first home buyer to understand what's needed to buy their first property.

Venturing into selling our house initially felt overwhelming as it was unchartered territory for us. Paris made it easy for us to understand the process, the options, pros and cons of the market, and showed us real numbers of real sales happening around our area, for comparative purposes, all in a transparent and professional way. His patience and knowledge of the market and the selling process made it so much easier for us to comfortably make decisions. I am more than happy with the way Paris conducted the sale process of our house, and thrilled with the positive outcome from his efforts.

The communication amongst Paul and his team was second to none. They all went above and beyond to answer any of my questions, thoroughly stepping me through the process and exceeding all expectations I had. I would use Paul and his team again without hesitation. I highly recommend!

Mark was super helpful toward myself and my partner, always happy to help us and entertain our questions. We had purchased our first home through him and as such were very inexperienced with the process, Mark ensured that our process was as smooth as it could be. Very impressed with the service Mark has provided for us.
