So I'm going to give you a 100% no holds barred as a scottish native as we are hopeless at lying.... So I am both a buy and seller of property unknown perhaps to Paul and well the experience we've had with Paul has been 1st class and professional and I'm sure he got the best possible result as representing the vendor as on this occasion I was the buyer. I'm almost certain Paul treats the buyer and seller with equal respect which is rare these days and what sets Paul apart and if I was a seller I would have no hesitation with signing up with Paul, as we all know sometimes as a buyer you have to become the seller and a lot of agents forget that fact.... hmmm so you have to ask yourself the question "as treatment as a buyer would I employ this agent to sell my own place?". In my case it was a 100% yes.... The experience with Paul has been terrific and it's the communication and prompt responses that set him apart from most agents.... If you are a buyer or a seller this is an agent you can trust and if you are doubt get Paul to give me a ring or email as I have no issue with providing honest feedback if you need confirmation that you are dealing with a genuine and honest agent whether you are a buyer or a seller and that goes a long way for me to say that.....
