Matt is a thorough professional and at the same time quite accomodating. In our first inspection of the property, we were late by few minutes than the scheduled inspection. Though Matt was closing the property, he accommodated our request and allowed us inspection for few minutes. And guess what - we loved the property and ended up buying it!
