We engaged Paul and his team to sell my dads house as the time was right for him to downsize. From our initial meeting Paul listened and understood what we were doing, the timeframes required and provided sound advice to us which played out exactly as he'd described during the sale process. At no time did we feel like Paul was just trying 'to get a sale', he checked in frequently, understood that we had some delays and worked with us and ran a great campaign. Dad was extremely happy with the outcome once the house sold as it provided him a little extra financial security as Paul was able to secure a sale price that exceeded our expectation. Selling a home can be daunting for many - as it was for my dad - but trusting in Paul and his team to take care of you during this phase is something you won't regret.
