Paris is a pleasure
Paris was a pleasure to work with while selling my Mum's house. He was very understanding that we just wanted to freshen the place up, get it on the market and get it sold ASAP. And this he did, and did it so well. Being busy people, he was able to make himself flexible to suit us, and only made contact if he had to, which was great for us. He was also generally interested in our family and personal lives which was nice too. We have dealt with many agents, and Paris is definitely one of the best. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

Paris goes beyond what's needed to be the bridge between the vendor and buyer

Very Open and Transparent
Venturing into selling our house initially felt overwhelming as it was unchartered territory for us. Paris made it easy for us to understand the process, the options, pros and cons of the market, and showed us real numbers of real sales happening around our area, for comparative purposes, all in a transparent and professional way. His patience and knowledge of the market and the selling process made it so much easier for us to comfortably make decisions. I am more than happy with the way Paris conducted the sale process of our house, and thrilled with the positive outcome from his efforts.

Fantastic communication
