Paul and his team were amazing to work with. it felt like such a breeze to sell my house. Paul was very knowledgeable when it came to the current market, and how to get the best out of the sale. Paul and the team were very accommodating to my needs in every way. even before signing with ray white, Paul would make sure he checked in with me daily to make sure there was nothing else he could to to help. If i was ever to sell a house again, i will defintly be calling Paul and his team

Chaminda and his team at Ray white Cranbourne were extremely professional in selling our Property in quick time even with the current restrictions. Chaminda's knowledge of the property market and his advise was priceless. We've managed to get an amazing price well beyond our initial expectations. Everything from start to the end of settlement was done really smoothly with no hassle at all. His team was there helping us even after the sales. He was genuine and showed real attention in what we are interested in and worked day and night tirelessly to get us the best offer. Thank You so much Chaminda and the whole team.

Chaminda is a true professional. He is extremely communicative and clearly works extremely hard for his clients. Every query is responded to promptly, and he goes above and beyond to reduce the amount of stress associated with selling a home. His marketing and sales strategies are on point, and I'm certain purchasers would feel the same way about dealing with him, never having questions and concerns unanswered. I can't recommend Chaminda highly enough to potential sellers.

We have purchased a number of properties through Paul now and we have always found that he has given us good advice and known what we were looking for in a property. He is our go to person when selling of buying or just some advice on the the market when looking at investment properties. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul to a prospective buyer or seller.

We contacted Paul when struggling to find something to buy in a competitive market within a short timeframe. Paul helped us to find our dream home and has been there every step of the way to help make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend both Paul and Sam to any prospective buyers or sellers.
