The fact that it was a COVID lockdown purchase with every restriction possible, Matt made the entire process easy and seamless. He was prompt, courteous, professional and was available to answer any questions we had at the drop of a hat. Overall a very positive, no nonsense and professional experience!

Matt was able to sell our unit in 3 days
During a lockdown that prevented prospective buyers from inspecting properties, Matt was able to sell our unit in 3 days for a price that we were happy with. Right from the start we were impressed with his straightforward and honest advice that we followed to the letter with excellent results. His communication with us after the initial offer was made has also been outstanding. I feel that Matt's manner gave the buyers the extra confidence they needed to buy the property site unseen.

A Friendly Face
I had met Paul several years back in a previous house hunting adventure, so to bump into him at an open for inspection, I knew the sort of services I could expect. I was becoming disheartened with the current market, but with Paul's friendly manner and encouragement, I am unpacking boxes in the house that I now call home. I strongly recommend Paul and his team.
