Chaminda is well known and trusted in Lyndhurst. He knows the area back to front and uses his network well. He sold two of our properties (an investment property and our home) within two months. It was a tough time with COVID-19 but he went through the process of our house getting sold. The process went excellent. We were extremely happy with what he did for us. With COVID-19, he didn’t give up and he made it through above the target. We really recommend him, he is the best agent. Chaminda is very nice and he knows how to handle the situation.
