I raised my family in this home so it was an extremely emotional and difficult sale. We approached Paul as we knew he was an expert in our suburb. From the moment we met Paul, we could tell that he was passionate about what he does but also extremely thorough. He went through all the comparison data with us in simple terms so my wife and I could both easily understand it. In the end, we got the result we wanted and we were under contract for a long time (which was out of Paul's control) but he made sure to keep in contact with us to give us constant updates and go above and beyond to get answers to all our questions.
