Refreshing.

Sale of Apartment in a saturated market
Kristine and the team selling our apartment did not give up the fight even though at a number of points I had, we received fair offers that reflected the market that had dropped due to the recent influx of new build (even though our apartment was only 12 months old). I rejected the first offer not because it wasn't fair but the way the buyer played the game. As a result we received a further offer based on Kristine's efforts that was above that offer by a small amount, making the loss on the sale slightly less. I think the approach was professional, focused on delivery of a sale and did not lapse at any point in the cycle of open homes and sale.
