Thorough, excellent communicator, responsive, informative.
Charlotte has been a pleasure to work with being able to get a tenant in the new year. Her etiquette is great, her responses times are very fast and was able to provide us all the information clearly. Able to answer any and all questions with her professional input helped us immensely. Charlotte was also able to help coordinate with inspections, any dealings with companies for repairs and provided all the information back to us.
