Sold off market in two weeks + highest price
I had a fantastic experience selling my home with Adam Price. He managed to sell my house in just two weeks off-market, which was a huge result for me as it meant I didn’t have to do any open houses. Adam was fun to deal with and just really easy to work with throughout the whole process. He made everything feel so simple and seamless, yet I knew he was working incredibly hard behind the scenes. He is very diligent and you can tell he works every single lead to get the best result. Thanks to Adam’s hard work, I got the highest price for my type of house in the suburb. Excellent communicator and Knowledgeable
Brooke, kept us up to on the market, didn't overstate what the property was worth. Respected our wishes to not market the property although provided the pro's and con's. Communication was excellent and professional. Managed the expectations of the buyer and seller very well. I would not hesitate to use Brooke to find us another investment property, or sell any future properties for us. If you are in the market to sell the best agent to use for sure is Brooke.

George knows his trade, plys it well, and is not lazy!
As a buyer, I had a few concerns about purchasing this particular property via auction, which I explained to George. 24 hours later he got back to me and had addressed my concerns which allowed me to attend on the day and bid with confidence.
