We chose Ray White to act as our agents because of their good reputation. We were not disappointed. Andrew and his assistant Jessie were excellent. They kept in constant contact with us and gave us good advice at all times. We have sold mums house for a price that we think is fair and are grateful to Andrew for all of his hard work. Neil and I would not hesitate to recommend your Agency to friends. Jacqueline Tulloch.

I knew I had chosen the right people to handle my house sale. Right from their opinion to modernize door handles to freshen the painting throughout the house. His experience & knowledge of what a buyer wants, was an enormous help to me. Andrew held open house inspections & let me know the feedback from interested buyers & non buyers alike. Constant feedback from interested buyers matured into offers to buy. Andrew negotiated between interested buyers & presented me with my buyers best offers. Jessie handled any inquiry I had, as to what happens next & the time frame documents, deposits & conveyancing are dealt with & if I had any questions I needed answered. They both have high communication as a priority in their skillset. A great team. It made my sale easy & free of stress for me. I am most pleased with the high level of professionalism, knowledge & negotiation ability Andrew gave me & you as a seller would want this man & his team on your house sale. Thank you Andrew Condon, Ray White Frankston.

Considering the length of a marketing campaign for the seller. It seems to go on Forever however Ash & Brooke & the team kept is informed & updated ever step of the process which made it so much easier. Very professional & comforting throughout. No hesitation whatsoever to recommend & also use them a gain. Great experience all round. 👍🏼

We were so pleased with the way Ash handled the sale of our house. He has so much knowledge of the area and we could not be happier with the entire process. Nothing was a problem for him to do for us and we cannot thank him enough!

Ash and the team at Ray White produced a great outcome for my property surpassing my expectations. The positive energy and seamless efforts of all the team on Auction day and before, including the additional weekly calls from Jesse, as well as Ash and Andrew, clearly reflected a brilliant team effort. I Definitely picked the best agent for the best outcome.

After seeing and interacting with many different agents at open homes etc. it became clear who I wanted to sell my home when I was ready. Ash has something about him that truely sets him apart from other agents and I believe it's that he truely cares about the result. He, as much as the vendor, wants to get you the absolute best price he can possibly get and that doesn't mean telling you lies about what your house is worth he is honest and provides extensive reasons as to why he believes your property is worth what is worth. Rest assured ash has an outcome for any situation whether it be 1 or 10 buyers he knows how to ensure you end up with a top result and is not forceful into making a quick decision just so he can get his pay check and leave. Again it all comes down to care. His network and team also follow closely behind him and reflect his work ethics brilliantly. Would highly recommend you contact ash if your ready to sell your home

Ashley Weston and the team were fantastic from the word go. He listened to the plans I had to renovate and sell my investment property and was fully supportive. His team kept up communication and reports throughout the workup to the auction and his predictions of the end result were a lot more accurate than mine (and a lot higher!). I was given friendly support all the way through the process, and all the way through I could check with someone if I had any concerns. If I ever had to sell a property in Frankston again - I know who I would go through!

Ashley and Ray White Frankston team is great, I m glad we chose them, we worked as a team and they worked hard on following up throughout the campaign to achieve record sale price in Frankston North. Communication and communication tools they use also great before and after each opens.

Ash Weston is undoubtedly the best agent we've dealt with, he has great communication skills and always had our best interests at heart. He made what could have been a daunting experience feel very comfortable and without pressure. We took his excellent suggestions on board which proved to be beneficial to the sale of our property. He was always on hand to answer any questions and nothing ever seemed to be any trouble. We highly recommend Ash and his competent team, to handle the sale of any properties, they are consummate professionals who will work hard to achieve the best possible result for their clients.
