In a League of His Own
We bought a house through him then sold two with him. In this instance campaign was tight and with the sale dependant on settling another purchase. Make matters worse we were in Europe the entire time. But it didnt matter...again. Sold well above our expectations and all we had to do was take on his advise: - marketing - refresh works - negotiations Take the leap wih George and enjoy the reward. Ashley and his team look after us from the word go. Selling from Interstate they took care of every detail of the sale, dealt with out tenants, organise cleaning and styling of the property rode the open house and were realistic in their valuation. Good report after house openings and great communjcation all along.

Georges methodical approach to conserve the interest of his client and credibility to all in the process is the best I have been privy too. Have had bought and sold many properties and in the commercial property industry myself at no stage during the sale of our property did I question his approach nor the outcome.
