David's experience and knowledge of the local real estate market was spot on. The communication was excellent - he kept us well informed and involved throughout the whole marketing campaign and auction process. In my opinion one of the best in the biz, would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

We found Jim to be knowledgeable and forthright through our entire sale process! He provided concise advice about how to prepare our property for sale! He also communicated well with us during and achieved a sale price well in excess of what we had hoped for. We would recommend him to others without hesitation.
