What a man! My wife and I were amazed at David's knowledge and professionalism. He made the whole process super easy but he also kept it straight, telling us what we can do to maximise our sale price. David and McGrath exceeded our expectations, and in the future we wouldn't consider any one else to handle our properties.

David went to all lengths to provide us with the best possible result for our sale. I highly recommend David and McGrath Geelong to facilitate the sale of any property.

I met David at an open house, and subsequently assisting the sale of my property. David was in constant contact to advise of potential suitable properties, always making time for a private inspections. David kept me constantly informed and nothing was too much to ask. David made a promise he would find me the perfect place and that he did. I would thoroughly recommend David for selling or buying. He listens to your needs and wants in a property and goes above and beyond to find not just a house but a home. Thankyou David.

From day one, Egle has been professional, available, organised, knowledgeable and forthright with the status of my campaign. My property sold within a speedy time-frame and she worked with me throughout the process to gain the best outcome for me. I would recommend Egle to anyone, whether it's their first time or not to buy or sell. Egle, thank you for supporting not only myself through this process, but working with my tenants and the purchaser to ensure that the experience benefited us all!

The minute I spoke to Egle, all my reservations were put to rest. She has been nothing but easy to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Egle always is truly there anytime to speak to you and is never tired to answer any questions. I've dealt with other real estate agents for my other properties and by far this is the smoothest and easiest process done. Highly recommended and will definitely deal with her again for my next property. Thanks Egle
