We met Egle for the first time recently when viewing a property at Rippleside. We found her to be a very pleasant and enthusiastic agent, knowledgeable about the property in question, and just really great to deal with. As we intended bidding for the property, but were unable to physically attend due to the Covid lockdown, Egle provided lots of assistance to facilitate on-line bidding for us (a new experience), which included responding to panicked phone calls from us as the bidding was about to commence. Egle was genuinely pleased for us when we succeeded in buying the property and has continued to keep in contact since the auction to assist us with all the necessary paperwork and to ensure any concerns we might have are addressed. We would be more than happy to deal with Egle again in future and would recommend her to anyone intending to place their property on the market.

We would like to thank David for all his hard work on the sale of our property. He was honest with his appraisal and what price we could expect for our property. With his excellent communication skills and his database of buyers he was able sell the property in a short period, with no time wasters and only qualified purchasers.
