I contacted Wayne as i had known him in a previous career and i asked him to value my property. He priced it fairly for the type of property it is as well as the location. I wanted a private sale but he approached me 2 weeks after my decision and had a frank discussion with me strongly advising me to take my property to auction giving me a history of what was currently happening in the Real Estate market around Geelong. I trusted Waynes judgement and we went to auction selling with an incredible result achieving what i believe is a record price for the area it is located in. Wayne has been the absolute professional during this whole experience. His local knowledge of the area and vast network in Geelong enabled me to get the best possible advice. From signing up the property the whole experience was easy . He kept in regular contact after every inspection and informed me in great detail of where we were at as the weeks passed. His marketing knowledge and advice on how to promote the property was spot on resulting in sale price over my expectation. Prior to the auction, answered all my questions about the property, including clarifying points in the Section 32 contract. Also pointed out other things that could be considered in improving the property. Presents himself well and maintains a level of professionalism that gives you confidence.
