Mergim has great industry knowledge and confidently put our house to market in a higher bracket and was able to achieve this within a 1 week of being in the market. Mergim & team communicated with us very well. I would fully recommend Mergim to anyone selling their property. Thank you Mergim & Team.

We purchased a townhouse and mainly dealt with Barb Wookey. Barb was professional at all times but more than that she went out of her way to 'hold our hand' through the processes, demonstrated patience and understanding whilst we made a decision and had to overcome some personal obstacles during the process. Amazing customer experience and service.

Mergim and his team did a wonderful job with the sale of our family home. From go to whoa, Mergim's communication and advice meant we always knew where things were at with the process and this culminated in a quick sale for a price that we were very happy with. Thanks again Mergim and Leah!

We have used David in the sale and purchase of 3 properties in the last 2yrs. I think that speaks for itself.

Mergim's advice was to proceed to auction, with appropriate advertising and opens leading up to that event. There was regular communication about the groups who had been to the opens and the extent of interest. The WhatsApp group with Mergim and Leah made communication easy, and they assisted me with recommendations for tradespeople, moving company and cleaners. The day before the auction Mergim helped me set the reserve and explained who the likely bidders were. One of them duly bought the property for a very good price.

Highton is Mergim's domain and so his knowledge of the market was invaluable.

Mergim was professional and always kept the communication channels open. We used Mergim to sell our home and also when purchasing our current home and couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Mergim to assist with your next future buy or sale.

Jim and his team provided us with top notch service all the way. Jim took the time to build a relationship with us allowing us to trust his market knowledge and experience throughout the process. He was timely and thorough in all communication making sure we had all the detail we needed and we especially appreciated the weekly vendors report that was sent to us. We had a fantastic result on the day and that was due to the hard work Jim and his team put in throughout the auction campaign. A big thanks to Jim, Brock, Michael and Megan!
