David Cortous does it again! We experienced another impeccably run auction campaign run by David and his team. Our second sale with David Cortous and his team in the last 6 months. We couldn’t be more grateful for all of the advice, direction and hard work that went into our auction campaign. Truly the best in the business. If you want a great advice and a great result you know who to call.

Wayne managed our expectations during our initial discussions relating to the sale of our land. He discussed the current market situation and identified potential selling periods which proved accurate. He communicated expressions of interest, offers and negotiations in a timely manner and worked hard to achieve a favourable sale price.

Selling your home can be a daunting experience. I was personally referred to Jim as being the local area expert and my faith in him was 100% justified. His level of professionalism is unsurpassed, the communication was excellent not just with me but also with my neighbours, the photography and advertising was faultless. Auction day was a resounding success due to the hard work and diligence of Jim, David and Brock. Sincerest thanks.

Having had a great experience with Wayne baker Previously we decided to call on Wayne to sell our house during the Covid pandemic. We weren't expecting the result we achieved and it was due to Wayne's persistence and ability to relate to both buyer and seller in a market none of us had experience before. He navigated the challenges with skill and confidence and managed to sell our property above our expectations. I would recommend Wayne to anyone looking for a quality service and an above average result.
