David was amazing in the sale of our property. He managed to sell our house after 3 days of hitting the market and we were very happy with the end result. His communication and professionalism exceeded expectations and we would definitely recommend using his real estate services to our family and friends.

David worked tirelessly to sell our property and we feel confident that he obtained the best possible price on our behalf. David is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, he communicated with us on a regular basis so we always knew the status of the market and when there were prospective buyers inspecting our property he kept us informed of the progress of negotiations. David provided options to advertise our property and assisted us to make the best selection to obtain maximum exposure whilst keeping costs down, the photos taken to advertise the property maximised the excellent view across the landscape which undoubtly enticed potential buyers to enquire about the property and ultimately the sale of the property. I would highly recommend David, we would not hesitate to use David's services to handle our future real estate transactions.
