Aggie is very professional and knowledgeable and had boundless positive energy when recently selling our house. It was listed at the start of very challenging times and Aggie never once wavered on her positivity. Openings and private inspections were arranged at times that suited buyers and Aggie gave us some tips to make the property look just that little bit better. Wayne Baker simplified the entire Sale process. From the outset his easy going manner won us over immediately without diminishing his knowledge of the Property market he made it a pleasant experience. Nothing seemed to be an issue , he worked tirelessly for us and availability was never a question. We listed our home for sale during the Covid period , the very 1st Open for Inspection opportunity resulted in offers of which we accepted . In reflection it was quite a feat .
