Throughout the process, Egle showed a genuine passion for her work, and shared ideas on how best to present the house and the campaign and demonstrated sound market knowledge. Because of COVID restrictions, we couldn't be present during the campaign. This meant even greater reliance on her accessing the property and managing all appointments (including the odd tradesman!) all of which she did in a reliable, punctual and professional manner ( she even watered our new pot plants!) Nothing was too much trouble for her and her timely communication/reporting was exemplary. I also had the favourable impression that she was very personable, respectful and accommodating with potential purchasers. This was quite a challenging time to sell, but Egle maintained a great balance of enthusiasm and reality, and was tenacious to the end ensuring that we got an outstanding result!
