Very thorough and efficient service

Wayne and the team at McGrath Realestate were amazing Wayne went above and beyond to help get my house ready letting me know every step of the way what was happening couldn’t ask for anyone better and would highly recommend any one selling a house be worth teaming up with this guy and the team. 10/10

a pleasure to deal with; very knowledgeable; easy to talk to; took the time to answer my questions; very realistic about the property its value and how to best present it; and guiding me through the process of auctioning the property ; regular phone updates as to comments made at the various open houses; chose his agency because of their approach for a recent nearby auction .

Excellent Agent.
Mergim was terrific to deal with. He was always calm and pleasant to speak with. Although he was working for the vendor he was a great help to us patiently directing the vendor to give us the time needed to secure our home. He maintained open communication throughout the experience making all parties at ease. Our experience with Mergim was excellent. Thanks for making our dream cone true.

Sale of home
Wayne was very knowledgeable, supportive and reliable in his advice given re the current housing market and prospects of sale for my home. He is very genuine in his approach and I had complete confidence in him through open home sessions and auction as he totally took the worry off my shoulders working to get the best outcome.
