Wayne was very knowledgable about Geelong market conditions. In our dealings he was a very genuine operator and quick to respond to any queries without being "pushy".

a pleasure to deal with; very knowledgeable; easy to talk to; took the time to answer my questions; very realistic about the property its value and how to best present it; and guiding me through the process of auctioning the property ; regular phone updates as to comments made at the various open houses; chose his agency because of their approach for a recent nearby auction .

Mergim was terrific to deal with. He was always calm and pleasant to speak with. Although he was working for the vendor he was a great help to us patiently directing the vendor to give us the time needed to secure our home. He maintained open communication throughout the experience making all parties at ease. Our experience with Mergim was excellent. Thanks for making our dream cone true.

Jim’s knowledge of the area was spot on, as the final sale indicated, his professionalism and also that of his team have been very good. The auction was held on a wet cold day and David standing out in the rain conducted the process very professionally. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jim Cross and his team at McGrath Geelong.
