We couldn't rate David high enough. David and his teams communication were second to none. The sale was quick and executed as planned. All Davids hard work prior to auction day resulted in a great attendance on the day which left us with a result well above our expectations. Thanks David and the team at McGrath.

We cant fault Mergims professionalism. He's a great communicator, our sale result was disappointing but no reflection on the agent, just the market.

We purchased and sold through Wayne. His friendly but professional approach during our purchase assured us he would be the right person to sell our current property, which he did sell and in the time frame we needed. His feedback and communication during the sale process was excellent and much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Wayne.
