Well my experience with Wayne, where do I start? Wayne was great, we had some games along the way but that is what happens when you are in the Real Estate game. Was all a great experience in the process, I got the property for the price I wanted. Wayne responds to emails, calls and text's asap. I got the property I wanted. Thanks Wayne.

This is the second property our family has purchased through Mergim and I can say, without hesitation, that he is indeed the antithesis of a great agent. A friendly face who goes above and beyond to ensure both buyer & vendor have a positive experience and feel heard. Highly, highly recommended.

David was very professional in providing all information required for preparation of Property for sale. This was followed up with great advertisement in papers and online alike. I was informed at every stage of process and received regular emails. David was very successful in generating interest through property inspections and property was sold while I was on holidays overseas. This was followed up promptly with instant paperwork and emails. I was also assisted with future rental property, which was also done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend David to all my friends and family.

We engaged David on the recommendation of a friend who had used him. David’ Knowledge of the area and selling price was spot on. His communication with us was regular and he continually updated us on his progress both inside and outside of work hours. Our home sold immediately and I would gladly recommend David to and prospective clients.

David provided an excellent no nonsense service, he went out of his way to assist our elderly seller in understanding what was happening and accommodating her requirements. His market knowledge was clear and concise, his recommendations were on point. This is the second time we have used David within a short period with excellent results on both occasions.

After our initial meeting with egle I felt completely at ease handing over the house for sale. Her knowledge of the local area and where the house was placed regarding its value and the type of campaign we should use was spot on. Would highly recommend her to sell your property. Great job egle and thank you again.
